Ilshat answers every message and call before you pay. Valery does everything on the ground after that. You always know which one you are talking to.
On Cebu since July 2024. Speaks fluent English. He has helped more than 120 people settle here.
He does the search and talks to owners. He meets you at the airport and moves you in. Then he answers your calls for your first 14 days.
He started this after losing 10,000 pesos of his own deposit to a bad landlord. He does not want that to happen to you.
Lives on Cebu since 2024. He answers every email, call and WhatsApp before you pay, and replies himself within 24 hours.
He handles the paperwork questions and sends the invoice. The name on it is his.
We are a private arrival service. We are not a real-estate brokerage, and we do not sell property.
We are paid once, by you. We take nothing from landlords on rentals. If you want to buy instead, we bring in a vetted agent and Valery comes with you to viewings.
