Why the prices are split. There’s no online payment here on purpose — we talk first, and the call is free. After it you get a written Service Plan and a secure Wise payment request. On the bigger packages, sixty percent reserves your dates — and the last forty percent is due only after week one, once you’ve signed off in writing that it went the way we promised. Once you pay, your dates are held and we start preparing your move. We split it so you’re not paying in full before you’ve met us.

How does payment work?

There’s no online payment on this page. We talk first, then send a written Service Plan and a secure Wise payment request; the provider and payment recipient are named before you pay. Scout Days is paid when booked. Soft Landing and Plus are split 60/40: 60% reserves your dates, and the final 40% is due after week one, once you have signed off in writing. Government and third-party costs — including visa fees, notary charges, rent, deposits, moving costs and utilities — are separate and shown before they are incurred.

What if you don’t find me housing?

If we do not find housing that fits the written brief within the agreed service window, we refund the service reservation payment. Landlord deposits and other third-party costs are separate. You also have a 72-hour full-refund window after paying.

What if I do not like the proposed apartment?

Tell us before you sign a lease or move in. Soft Landing and Plus include one replacement search at no additional service fee: we refresh the shortlist and arrange new viewings within the agreed service window. Once you sign a lease, a later change of mind is not included.

Why is the call free — is it a sales call in disguise?

No. It’s your time, for your questions. We won’t spend it pitching you a package — if the hands-on help is right for you we’ll say so, and if it isn’t we’ll say that too and point you to the cheaper way. The call is free because it’s how we check fit — we’d rather turn you away than take money we can’t earn.

Can you help me buy a home here?

Yes. We can help you search, view, and buy a condo or house through a licensed Cebu brokerage, with our team beside you through the process. The people responsible for each step and any costs are put in writing before you begin.

Do you handle my visa?

We orient you on the options and, for the SRRV, introduce you to a PRA-accredited marketer who’s licensed to file it. We don’t file visas ourselves and we don’t charge for the outcome — with the Plus package we’re next to you for the ACR I-Card errands and the rest of the paperwork days.

What if it’s not a fit?

Then we’ll say so on the call, before you pay a peso, and point you to the cheaper way to get what you need — the guide, the map, or the free quiz. No hard feelings, no pressure.
